摘　　要：目的:探讨点阵双极射频技术治疗面颈部皱纹的护理体会。方法:回顾42例面颈部皱纹患者应用点阵双极射频技术治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理经过。结果:42例患者完成3次治疗后,Fitzpatrick皮肤弹性评分较基线值显著下降,皱纹改善明显,不良反应轻微。结论:规范的护理是点阵双极射频进行面颈部皱纹治疗疗效的保证。Objective To explore the treatment and nursing experiences of facial and neck wrinkles with fractional bipolar RF. Methods Retrospectively analyze the nursing processes of 42 cases patients with facial and neck wrinkles treated by fractional bipolar RF before treatment,during treatment and after treatment.Results 42 patients completed 3 times of treatment. The Fitzpatrick score of patients decreased significantly compared to baseline values.Their Wrinkles improved significantly with slight adverse reactions. Conclusion Standard nursing measures are critical to ensure the effectiveness of facial and neck wrinkles treated by fractional bipolar RF.
