下颌种植覆盖义齿修复的护理干预和评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨下颌种植覆盖义齿修复围手术期的护理及长期维护。方法:对16例下颌牙列缺失患者进行种植手术,上部结构分别采取球帽式或套筒冠固位修复,同期给予系列的护理措施和健康教育,并定期复诊及随访,评价其修复效果。结果:一例患者的一枚种植体发生骨吸收及种植体周围炎而松动,其余均未发生并发症,使用良好。结论:对下颌牙列缺失患者进行种植覆盖义齿修复围手术期的专业护理及长期维护,可以提高种植修复的长期成功率。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing and Long-term maintenance of the implant- borne overdentures in mandible. Methods 16 cases with fully edentulous patients in mandible went with the implant-borne overdentures, the upper structure were telescope retainers or The ball cap retainers. The health education and nursing measures were during the whole therapy. To access the effects, when the regularly follow-up were adopted. Results Only one implant was with peri- implantitis and lost. The others were well. Conclusion The health education and nursing measures were good at the Long-term success.
