摘　　要：目的：探讨3D腹腔镜成像系统在泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法：2014年5月-2014年6月应用德国蛇牌3D HD腹腔镜系统完成腹腔镜手术6例,包括肾囊肿去顶减压术3例,肾上腺肿瘤切除术2例,肾蒂淋巴管结扎术1例,统计手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间等数据。结果：6例手术均获成功,无中转开腹。手术时间20-70min,其中肾囊肿去顶减压术20-30min,肾上腺肿瘤切除术25-60min,肾蒂淋巴管结扎术70min;术中出血量20-30ml。术后住院时间4~8d,平均5.8d。结论：3D腹腔镜成像系统是传统腹腔镜技术的一大进步,降低了手术难度,缩短了手术时间。该系统具备传统腹腔镜与开放手术的共同优势,手术解剖更精确,手术操作相对更容易。Objective：To explore the application of 3Dimaging system in laparoscopic surgery in urology.Method：From May 2014 to June 2014,a total of six cases of laparoscopic surgeries were completed by 3DHD laparoscopy system including three cases of renal cyst unroofing,two cases of adrenal tumor resection,and one case of ligation of renal lymphatic vessels.The data of operative time,blood loss,and postoperative hospital stay were recorded.Result：All operations were successful without conversion to open surgery.The time of renal cyst unroofing was 20-30 min,the duration of adrenal tumor resection was 25-60 min,and ligation of the renal lymphatic vessels lasted 70 min.The intraoperative blood loss was 20-30 ml,and the average postoperative hospital stay was5.8（range,4-8）days.Conclusion：A major step forward in urology,3Dimaging system can provide some advantages of more accurate field,easier operation and shorter operative time compared with traditional laparoscopic imaging system.The system has the superiorities of both laparoscopic and open surgery.
