摘 要:通过对铸态30Cr2Ni4Mo V钢动态再结晶状态图进行分析,利用应变值来表征锻透。当应变值为0.7时,钢锭发生完全动态再结晶,说明钢锭已经锻透。利用Deform模拟软件对制坯过程进行模拟,并结合缩比实验,发现当钢锭进行两镦一拔和两镦两拔时,钢锭各部位都已锻透,但两镦两拔的晶粒均匀度优于两镦一拔。This paper analyzes dynamic recrystallization state diagram of as-cast 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel and use strain value to characterize forging permeability. When the strain value is 0.7, dynamic recrystallization is occurred in ingot completely, which show that the ingot has been forged permeably. Deform simulation software is used to simulate the process of blocking and combine with the experiments of shrinkage ratio to conclude that when the ingot is performed twice upsetting and once drawing or twice upsetting and twice drawing, each part of the ingot has been forged permea- bly, but the grain size by twice upsetting and twice drawing is better than that by twice upsetting and once drawing.
