摘　　要：阐述了电动机护环热锻、固溶处理、温锻强化等制造过程中的质量控制要点及采取的工艺措施,保证温锻强化后护环的力学性能指标及无损检测结果满足技术要求。This paper introduces the quality control points and technology measurements in the process of hot forging,solution treatment and warm forging reinforcement for motor protection ring,which ensure the mechanical properties and NDT results of protection ring to meet the technology requirements after warm forging reinforcement.
