摘 要:辛置煤矿马头门巷道在初次施工完毕后出现了较严重的破坏,为了有效治理马头门巷道,文章综合现场实际情况,通过理论分析和数值模拟等方法,分析了其发生破坏失稳的主要原因,在此基础上提出软弱破碎巷道围岩深孔注浆加固技术,研究确定了深孔注浆机理、注浆参数以及工艺流程,并在现场对巷道进行了有效治理,取得了满意的效果。A mine ingate roadway of Xinzhi Mine was seriously damaged just after the first construction. In order to effectively treat the ingate roadway,in combination with a comprehensive site actual condition,a theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods were applied to analyze the main causes of the failure and stability lost occurred.Based on the circumstances,a deep borehole grouting reinforced technology of the soft and broken surrounding rock was provided for the mine roadway and the deep borehole grouting mechanism,grouting parameters and technique procedure were studied and determined. An effective treatment of the roadway was conducted at the mine site with a satisfaction effect.
