摘 要:针对传统液固流化床在粗煤泥分选过程中底流跑粗,对难选粗煤泥分选效果差,高灰细泥污染精煤的问题,提出并设计了基于多重分选环境的三产品液固流化床分选机,介绍了其工作原理。通过分选试验证明了三产品液固流化床能够拓宽入料的有效分选粒度范围,降低精煤灰分,提高精煤回收率,并能够得到精、中、矸三种产品,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益,为解决传统液固流化床存在的问题提供了新思路。Aiming at the problems in traditional liquid- solid fluidized bed, such as, coarse particles loss in the underflow,poor separation effect for refractory coarse slimes and high ash fine slime left in clean coal,a three- product liquid- solid fluidized bed separator was proposed and designed,based on multiple sorting environments was proposed and designed. The working principle was introduced and laboratory separating tests were performed. The results show that three- product liquid- solid fluidized bed separator can enlarge the separation size range,reduce the ash of clean coal,improve the clean coal recovery rate and produce three products, providing significant economic and environmental benefits,and new thoughts to solve problems in traditional liquid- solid.
