摘　　要：随着煤炭资源型城市的不断发展和新型城镇化进程的逐步推进,建设结构合理、资源生态型环境友好型的煤炭主导产业城市是深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神的重要举措。文章依据煤炭资源型城市的自身特点,考虑经济发展和区位条件等因素,结合具体实例提出以邯郸为中心城市,将武安、肥乡打造为资源型区域次中心城市的研究方案,并对此进行SWOT分析,探讨选择资源型城市作为次中心城市的转型优势,为实现区域间组团竞合共赢和总体利益最大化提供理论与实践支撑。With the developing of coal resource- based city and the advancing of new- type urbanization process,construction of reasonable structure, ecological resources, friendly environment city leading by coal industry is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 18 th Party Congress. According to the characteristics of coal resource-based city and considering factors such as economic development and location conditions,the paper analyzed the planning scheme with SWOT,developing Wu＇an,Feixiang as resource- based sub- center city and Handan as central city; and provided theoretical and practical support for achieving win- win regional group competition and overall benefit maximization through a discussion on the transformation advantage of choosing resource- based city as sub- center city.
