摘 要:为更好缓解工作面采掘衔接紧张和进一步提高煤炭资源回收率,对沿空留巷技术的相关问题进行了更深入的研究.在不同养护时间下,分别测定了不同水灰质量比、不同料浆体积分数条件下的巷旁充填体试样的单轴杭压强度,建立了巷旁充填体单轴抗压强度与养护龄期的关系.结果表明:最终抗压强度值、强度增长稳定龄期、强度影响系数、初期强度等力学参数能定量描述充填体的强度随养护龄期的变化特征.引入能量匹配系数表征充填体受压变形比能与覆岩加载于充填体能量之间的关系,最终采用屯兰矿工程实例验证了研究结果.In order to better ease the tension of mining cohesion on working face and further improve the recovery rate of coal resources, this paper carded out the further research on the technology-related issues of gateway retained along goaf. Under different curing time, the uniaxial compressive strengths for the roadside packing material samples were measured with the different volume fraction of the slurry and the different water-cement ratios, the relationship between the uniaxial compressive strength and the curing time were established by experimental data fitting. The results show that the mechanical parameters of the relationships, such as final strength of roadside packing, strength response factor, time needed strength stability and primary strength can quantitatively describe the variation of the strength over the curing time. Energy match coefficient was proposed to show the energy density relationship between the support mass deformation and the energy of strata loading on the support mass. This new approach was verified by the Tunlan mine.
