基于步行指数的城市日常生活设施配置合理性评估——以深圳市福田区为例

摘　　要：定量评价城市步行性,优化日常生活设施布局,提高居民步行出行便利度,是缓解拥堵及污染问题、改善城市人居环境的一个重要途径。通过国外步行指数方法计算得到深圳市福田区步行指数,可用于评价福田区总体以及各街道的步行性水平,并根据日常设施在选取的样本点周围的分布现状,对福田区的日常生活设施配置合理性进行总体评估。结果表明,福田区总体具有较高的步行性。结合新浪微博签到数据,发现其与步行指数高度的空间分布一致性。福田区的日常设施总体分布合理,居民日常需求基本可以得到满足,但书店布局较不合理,需适当补充该类设施。One of the main reasons of urban traffic congestion and air pollution is automobile-dominated transportation. Quantitatively evaluating the city walkability, optimizing daily living facilities are important ways to ease congestion and pollution problems, to improve the urban living environment. In this study, the walk score of Futian district, Shenzhen has been calculated with the method of walk score. The score has been used to evaluate the walkability of the overall district as well as the ten sub-district offices. The result shows that the overall Futian district has a high walkability with a trend of low in west and high in east. Combine with the registration function of Sina Microblog, we find that the walkability has strong spatial consistence with the registration point. The result shows the distribution of the daily facilities of Futian is reasonable, the basic daily needs of residents can be met. But the facility of bookstore is relatively lack, the abundance need to be enhanced.
