老年高血压患者外周血T淋巴细胞表面抗原表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人外周血T淋巴细胞表面抗原CD45RA和CD45RO的表达及其与高血压的关系。方法:收集44例60岁以上老年人外周静脉血,按高血压诊断标准分为老年对照组(25例)和老年高血压组(19例),另收集20例健康成年人外周静脉血(成年对照组),均分离外周血单个核细胞,通过流式细胞仪检测CD45RA+和CD45RO+占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比,分析CD45RA和CD45RO抗原表达的相对关系。结果:老年对照组外周血CD45RA+占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比较成年对照组显著降低,CD45RO+占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比较成年对照组显著升高(均P<0.05);与老年对照组相比,老年高血压组外周血CD45RO+占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比显著升高,45RA+/CD45RO+的比值显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:T淋巴细胞表面抗原CD45的表达变化提示T淋巴细胞的过度激活分化,可能参与了老年高血压的发病。Objective：To explore the expression of surface antigens CD45RA/RO on T lymphocytes and the relation with hypertension in the elderly.Method：Mononuclear cells were separated from the peripheral of 20 adult controls,25 elderly controls and 19 hypertension patients aged more than 60 years old,and the frequencies of CD45RA^＋and CD45RO^＋T lymphocytes were analysed by flow cytometry.Result：：The frequency of CD45RA^＋in CD4^＋T lymphocytes of elderly control was decreased than that of the adult control,with a compensatory increase of the frequency of CD45RO^＋T lymphocytes;contrast to that of the elderly control group,the frequency of CD45RO^＋in CD4^＋T lymphocytes of elderly hypertension patients was significantly increased,and the ratio of CD45RA^＋ to CD45RO^＋was significantly decreased（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The over activation and differentiation of T lymphocyte might closely associated with the occurrence of hypertension in the elderly.
