摘　　要：ARD（S）是一种发病机制尚未完全阐明的高病死率临床综合征.细胞因子被认为在其发病机制中起着重要作用.通过细胞因子多态性与ARDS相关研究,不仅能够加深我们对于ARDS个体易感性的认识,也为ARDS的个体化预防和治疗提供了新的可能性.ARDS is a very complex syndrome with an extremely high mortality in clinic,however,the pathogenesis of it is still incomplete.It is generally admitted that cytokines play an important role in the mechanism of ARDS.Studies about the association between cytokines polymorphisms and ARDS can not only give us a better comprehension of individual susceptibility,but also provide some potential prevention and treatment for it.
