摘  要:目的:探讨不同心率条件下,320排容积CT冠状动脉血管成像的图像质量和辐射剂量.方法:收集行冠状动脉血管成像检查的90例患者,根据扫描时患者心率分为3组,A组心率<65次/min,B组心率65~80次/min,C组心率>80次/min,对各组的图像质量、辐射剂量进行统计学分析.结果:A组图像质量评分高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.59,P<0.01),A组平均辐射剂量(ED)分别比B组低25.78%、71.53%.A组与B组、A组与C组、B组与C组ED平均值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:320排CT冠状动脉血管成像图像质量较高,在相同心率条件下,图像质量较多排螺旋CT更高,患者辐射剂量较多排螺旋CT显著减低.Purpose: To evaluate the impact of heart rate on the image quality and radiation dose in 320-detector CT coronary angiography (CTCA). Methods: A total of ninety patients who underwent CTCA were divided into three groups according to their heart rates during the scan. Group A: heart rate was less than 65 beats/rain; group B: heart rate was between 65 beats/rain and 80 beats/min, group C: heart rate was more than 80 beats/rain. The differences of image quality and effective dose between different groups were statistically analyzed. Results: Image quality of group A was higher than that of group B and group C, the difference of image quality was with statistically significant(x2=11.59, P〈0.01). Compared with group B and group C, the effective radiation dose of group A was lowered for 25.7% and 71.53%. Statistical significant differences were observed between group A and group B, group A and group C, group B and group C (P〈0.05). Conclusion: CTCA images using 320-detector CT have excellent quality. When the patients were with the same heart rate, the image quality of 320-detector CT is better than multi-slice spiral CT, and the radiation dose is much lower.
