摘　　要：随着磁共振设备和技术的进展,其在临床上的应用已较前明显增加,体内植入物在临床治疗中的应用也已相当常见,磁共振检查和体内植入物的安全性已更多地受到了关注。本文就磁共振检查和对比剂使用的安全性及体内植入物,如支架、弹簧圈、滤器、动脉夹、骨科植入物、输液泵、起搏器等的安全性及相关事项进行了介绍和讨论。Following the advance of magnetic resonance equipment and technology, the clinical appllcauon of MRI is continue to expand, implants and devices are more and more common in the clinical use. Patient management and safety issues are more concerned compared with previously, especially in the implants and devices. In this article, we present the safety guidelines and recommendations related to MRI examination and MRI contrast medium as well as implants and devices, including stents, coils, filters, clips, orthopedic and dental implants, cardiac pacemakers, vascular access parts and so on.
