摘  要:随着连铸工艺的不断发展和完善,电磁技术的应用越来越广泛。结晶器搅拌、二冷区域搅拌、末端搅拌等电磁设备对改善连铸质量起到了不可或缺的作用。但由于电磁设备具有的大电流、强磁场的特点,对周围设备的干扰也不可避免。以宝钢股份5号连铸机改造中使用的IHI步进液压缸调宽系统为研究对象,在调宽系统的调试过程中,存在与结晶器电磁搅拌的干扰,并经常发生错步故障。针对每次故障,都进行了深入分析,并制定了相应的整改措施,为系统的日常点检维护提供参考。With the continuous development and improvement of continuous casting,electromagnetic technology is used more and more widely.MEMS,SEMS,FEMS and other electromagnetic devices plays essential roles for improving the quality of the slab.But due to electromagnetic equipment has the characteristics of high current,high magnetic field,it is inevitable interference to the devices which installed surrounded.The IHI stepping hydraulic cylinder width adjust system on No.5 caster in Baosteel was studied.In the process of commissioning of MWA systems was studied,there was interference with the mold electromagnetic stirring,usually leads to stepout failure.For each failure,have carried out an in-depth analysis,and specify the corrective measures reference for routine inspection and maintenance of the system.
