动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取76例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各38例,对照组给予支架外固定治疗,观察组给予动力髋螺钉内固定治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,治疗总优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果显著,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of dynamic hip screw in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 76 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was received external fixation treatment,and the observation group was treated with dynamic hip screw internal fixation.The treatment effects of two groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group,the healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and excellent and good rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Dynamic hip screw internal fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture is significant,and worthy of promotion in clinical.
