摘 要:杨树木屑作为灵芝代料栽培的优先选择原料在扬州地区被广泛采用。构树同属阔叶乔木,检测结果表明,在营养成分方面与杨树木屑无太大差别,代料栽培对比试验进一步验证了构树木屑代料栽培灵芝的可行性。试验结果表明构树木屑代料栽培灵芝,菌丝发育稍迟缓,但菌丝健壮,各生长阶段同比杨木屑栽培延时1周左右;子实体外观规则整齐,色泽鲜亮,菌盖厚实,产量和灵芝多糖含量分别比杨木屑代料栽培高出18.12%、9.82%。Poplar wood as raw materials for Ganoderma lucidum cultivation was widely used in Yangzhou area. Broussonetia papyrifera belonged to broad-leaved trees,and test results showed that it had no big difference with poplar wood in terms of nutrients.Cultivation experiments further verified the feasibility of Broussonetia papyrifera wood cultivating Ganoderma lucidum. The results also showed that Ganoderma lucidum mycelium grew slowly but robustly with Broussonetia papyrifera sawdust,and each growth stage delaied one week or so compared with Yang sawdust. The fruiting body appeared neat,color bright and pileus thick. Production and the polysaccharides content of Ganoderma lucidum was 18. 12%,9. 82% higher than that of the cultivation with poplar sawdust.
