坤泰胶囊对原因不明性不孕症子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰胶囊(熟地、阿胶、黄连、白芍、茯苓、黄芩)对原因不明性不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法采用随机、单盲、平行对照的方法,将符合诊断标准的71例患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组35例。治疗组予坤泰胶囊+克罗米芬。对照组予坤泰胶囊模拟剂+克罗米芬。治疗3个月经周期,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、内膜A型率、Salle评分、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、整合素β3的表达及妊娠率。结果与对照组相比,治疗组对子宫内膜厚度、内膜A型率及Salle评分具有明显改善,降低PI、RI指数,提高ER、PR及整合素β3的表达(P<0.05),两组均可提高妊娠率,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊可能通过改善不孕患者的子宫内膜容受性、改善克罗米芬促排卵的抗雌激素作用,从而提高妊娠率。AIM To investigate the influence of Kuntai Capsules （Rehmanniae Radix praeparata,Asini Corii Colla,Paeoniae Radix alba,Poria,Scutellariae Radix） on endometrial receptivity in patients with unexplained infertility.METHODS With the randomised,single blinded,parallel controlled methods,seventy-one patients with unexplained infertility were randomly divided into trial group （Kuntai Capsules plus Clomiphene,n =36） and control group （placebo plus Clomiphene,n =35）.The endometrial thickness,PI,RI,type A rate,Salle score,the expression of ER and PR,integrin β3 and pregnancy rate were compared to each other between the two groups after three menstrual cycles treatment.RESULTS The endometrial thickness,the type A rate,Salle score,the expression of ER and PR and integrin β3 of trial group were found to be of significant improvement with comparison to the control group.The values of PI,RI indexes reduced （P ＜ 0.05）.But the pregnancy rates of both groups increased,showing no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.CONCLUSION Kuntai Capsules can improve the pregnancy rate among the infertihty patients,with its power in ameliorating the endometrial receptivity and in rectifying anti-estrogenic effect by clomiphene.
