摘  要:目的研究二苯乙烯苷对照品溶液和制何首乌水提液中二苯乙烯苷对光和热不稳定的现象。方法采用高效液相色谱法考察紫外光照时间以及温度对两种来源的二苯乙烯苷质量浓度的影响和动力学的变化。结果在紫外光照条件下二苯乙烯苷的吸光度逐渐下降,其最大吸收波长由320 nm紫移到285 nm。在避光加热条件下二苯乙烯苷水解为苷元,其质量浓度变化遵循动力学一级反应。对照品溶液、制何首乌水提液中二苯乙烯苷的反应活化能分别为54.5和54.8 kJ/mol,在25℃条件下的t0.9分别为108 h和162 h,反应产物最大吸收波长仍为320 nm。结论在光和热影响下二苯乙烯苷在制何首乌水提液中比在水溶液中更稳定。但在含制何首乌制剂的制备过程中应尽量保持避光,温度保持在60℃及以下。AIM To study the stability (to UV light and heat) of stilbene glucoside (THSG) in the aqueous solution and in aqueous extract of prepared Polygoni multiflori Radix.METHODS HPLC was used to analyze the concentration and dynamics change of THSG under the influence of UV light and temperature.RESULTS The absorbancy of THSG declined gradually under UV light and its maximum absorption wavelength changed from 320 nm to 285 nm.Heating with light avoidance converted THSG to its aglucone and then the concentration variation followed,in the form of the first-order kinetics.And their activation energy was 54.5 and 54.8 kJ/mol,with the t0.9 being 108 h and 162 h in the aqueous solution and aqueous extract at 25 ℃,respectively,and the reaction's maximum absorption wavelength stayed at 320 nm.CONCLUSION THSG in the aqueous extract is more stable to UV light and thermal energy than in the aqueous solution.But in the process of preparations containing prepared Polygoni multiflori Radix,the light should be avoided and the temperature will be kept below 60 ℃.
