摘  要:目的 建立HPLC同时测定复方西羚解毒丸中荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷和胡薄荷酮的方法.方法 依利特Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以甲醇(A)-o.1%冰醋酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.2 mL/min;检测波长分别为340、340、340、252 nm.结果 复方西羚解毒丸中4种成分荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷和胡薄荷酮进样量分别在0.032 8 ~ 0.656 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.026 2 ~0.524 0μg(r=0.999 7)、0.020 6~0.4120 μg (r=0.999 2)、0.0370~0.7400 μg (r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.7%、98.0%、96.9%、99.1%,RSD (n=6)分别为1.2%、1.1%、0.8%、0.7%.结论 本方法兼顾复方西羚解毒丸中4种成分在同一色谱图上均有最大吸收,可应用于该制剂的质量控制.AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of orientin,luteolin-6-c-glucoside,vitexin and pulegone in Compound Xiling Jiedu Pills.METHODS Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column with methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min for gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 340 nm,340 nm,340 nm,252 nm,respectively.RESULTS Orientin,luteolin-6-c-glucoside,vitexin and pulegone in Compound Xiling Jiedu Pills had good linearity in the ranges of 0.032 8-0.656 0 μg (r =0.999 6),0.026 2-0.524 0 μg (r =0.999 7),0.020 6-0.412 0 μg (r =0.999 2),0.0370-0.7400 μg (r =0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries of four constituents were 97.7% (RSD =1.2%),98.0% (RSD =1.1%),96.9% (RSD =0.8%),and 99.1% (RSD =0.7%),respectively.CONCLUSION With this HPLC method,four different constituents' fingerprints can present in the same image as separate and adequate as possible,which gives rise to an applicable quality control method for Compound Xiling Jiedu Pills.
