摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定冠脉宁片（胶囊）（乳香、没药、血竭等）中11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸和掺伪物松香中松香酸的含有量.方法 冠脉宁片（胶囊）和松香的乙醇提取物的分析采用Agilent TC-C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1％甲酸（75∶25）为流动相;检测波长为251 nm（11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸）,241 nm（松香酸）.同时采用液-质联用方法对松香酸进一步确证.结果 松香酸的检出限为0.3 μg/mL;松香酸和11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸线性范围分别为3.036 ～ 303.6 μg/mL和3.068～306.8 μg,/mL; 11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸和松香酸回收率分别为98.16％和104.22％.结论 本研究建立的HPLC方法可用于冠脉宁片（胶囊）中11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸的测定及掺伪松香中松香酸的检查.AIM To establish an HPLC method for determining acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid in Olibanum,Myrrh,Draxonis,Sanguis etc,which supposedly to be the necessary ingredients of Guanmaining agents （tablets/capsules）,and abietic acid in rosin,a general adulterant in Guanmaining agents.METHODS Analysis of alcoholic extract of Guanmaining agents and rosin was carried out on agilent TC-C18 column （4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1％ aqueous formic acid （75 ∶ 25） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength of acetyl 11-keto-β-boswellic acid was set at 251nm and abietic acid at 241nm.RESULTS The limit of detection for abietic acid was 0.3 μg/mL.Abietic acid was in the range of 3.036 ～ 303.6 μg/mL,and acetyl11-keto-β-boswellic acid,3.068 ～306.8 μg/mL; the average recoveries of acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid and abietic acid were 99.55％ and 104.19％,respectively.CONCLUSION The developed HPLC method can be used for the detection of acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid and illegal adulteration of abietic acid in Guanmaining Tablets （Capsules）.
