摘  要:目的初步明确脑脉康颗粒(黄芪、丹参、藁本、郁金、化橘红、菊花、山茱萸、法半夏、葛根)体外抗氧化的药效物质基础。方法脑脉康颗粒的水、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物和挥发油进行配比进行清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基试验,结合210、250、286、320 nm波长下指纹峰面积,计算它们的皮尔逊系数。结果得到脑脉康颗粒配比95个色谱峰面积与药效指标间的相关分析和回归分析结果。结论脑脉康颗粒16个色谱峰所代表的成分显示体外抗氧化药效,其中阿魏酸(33号峰)、木犀草苷(38号峰)、橙皮苷(47号峰)、丹酚酸B(57号峰)均表现出显著相关。AIM To preliminary explore the material basis of anti-oxidant effects in vitro of Naomaikang Granules (Astragali Radix、Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma、Ligusticum Rhizoma et Radix、Curcumae Radix、Citri Grandis Exocarpium、Chrysanthemi Flos、Corni Fructus、Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum、Puerariae Lobatae Radix).METHODS Scavenging DPPH and superoxide anion free-radical were carried out on Naomaikang Granules extracts of different polarity,including water,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol,and their volatile oil,in combination with HPLC fingerprints' peak areas in four detection wavelength of 210、250、286、and 320 nm,Peason correlation coeffcients were calculated.RESULTS The correlation and regression analysis between ninety-five HPLC fingerprint peak areas and pharmacodynamic indeces of Naomaikang Granules were obtained.CONCLUSION Sixteen chemical constituents related to anti-oxidant effects in vitro can be preliminary determined.Meanwhile ferulic acid (No.33),luteolin-7-o-glucoside (No.38),hesperidin (No.47),and salvianolic acid B (No.57) represent markedly correlation.
