摘 要:目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA对奥沙利铂诱发的大鼠周围神经病变时外周神经电生理的影响。方法:将50只健康Wistar大鼠随机分成5组,正常对照组、模型组、治疗组、预防组、防治组,除模型组外,余各组予以腹腔注射奥沙利铂(20 m L/kg)造模。利用神经电生理仪分别检测造模后6、24、72 h及7 d大鼠坐骨神经的传导速度、潜伏期、波幅。结果:造模后24 h,模型组大鼠坐骨神经传导速度减慢、潜伏期延长(P<0.05);并随观察时间延长而进一步降低,并持续到7 d(P<0.05)。应用丹参酮ⅡA后,神经传导速度明显变快、潜伏期变短(P<0.05),特别是防治组,与正常对照组无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:在奥沙利铂围化疗期运用丹参酮ⅡA能提高坐骨神经传导速度,缩短病变持续时间,发挥保护外周神经的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of TanshinoneⅡA on nerve conduction of oxaliplatin induced peripheral neuropathy in rats. Methods Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, treatment group, prevention group, prevention and treatment group. Except for those in model group, Wistar rats were injected i.p. with oxaliplatin (20 mg/kg). The electrophysiological instrument were employed to detect the sciatic nerve conduction velocity, latency, amplitude 6 h, 24 h, 72 h and 7 d after modeling. Results In the model group, velocity of sciatic nerve conduction slowed, and latency prolonged 24 h after modeling (P&lt;0.05) which continued to slow and prolong until 7 d after modeling (P&lt;0.05). After the application of Tanshinone ⅡA, nerve conduction velocity became faster and latency shorter significantly (P &lt;0.05), especially in the prevention and treatment group, in which no significant difference was found when compared with those in the normal control group (P &gt; 0.05). Conclusions During the chemotherapy with oxaliplatin , TanshinoneⅡA can increase the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve , shorten the disease duration and play a protective role for peripheral nerve.
