中草药散剂对奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：为研究自拟中草药散剂对奶牛乳房炎的治疗效果,本试验选择20头患乳房炎的奶牛,随机分为4组,其中一组为对照组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别为散剂占日粮精补料的0.5%、1.0%、2.0%。测定用药前、用药10 d和20 d的产奶量、乳品质和患病奶牛头数。结果表明:中草药散剂能提高奶牛的产奶量(P<0.05),而且随着添加比例的增加产奶量增多;对乳品质无显著影响;对奶牛乳房炎有明显的治疗效果,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的治愈率和有效率相同且治疗效果显著优于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,中草药散剂对奶牛乳房炎有确切的治疗作用,选择散剂占日粮精补料1.0%的比例最为适宜。To study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine powder on mastitis of dairy cow.20 dairy cows suffered with mastitis were randomly divided into 4 groups （control group,andⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲgroup）.The ratio of powder to concentrated feed were 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%respectively in three test groups.The milk yield,milk quality and numbers of sick cows were inves-tigated in preliminary trial period 10 d and 20 d of trial period.The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine powder could improve the milk production of cows（P〈0.05）,which increased with addition proportion yield;it had no significant effect on milk quality;it had obvious therapeutic effects on bovine mastitis.The cure rate and efficiency of groupⅡandⅢwere equal between,which was significantly better than that of groupⅠ （P〈0.05）.In summavy,Chinese herbal medicine powder had definite therapeutic effects on dairy cow mastitis,and the optimum ratio of powder and concentrated feed was 1.0%.
