摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声评估特发性卵巢早衰(POF)的临床价值。方法收集分析临床拟诊POF患者50例和正常育龄妇女52例超声资料,记录子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数目、卵巢体积及其血流动力学参数并比较。结果 POF组子宫内膜厚度(0.32±0.19)cm,正常育龄妇女组(0.59±0.12)cm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。POF组卵泡数(0.84±0.75)个,左右卵巢体积(2.02±1.68)cm3及(2.69±2.66)cm3,卵巢间质动脉峰值流速(PSV)为(8.73±2.44)cm/s,阻力指数(RI)为0.68±0.17;正常组分别为(6.16±2.02)个、(6.17±3.09)cm3、(5.92±2.83)cm3、(15.71±3.68)cm/s、0.53±0.06(P<0.01)。结论彩色多普勒超声有助于诊断特发性POF,为临床提供有价值的信息。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in idiopathic premature ovarian failure （POF）. Methods Fifty patients with POF and fifty-two normal women of childbearing age underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination. Endometrial thickness, follicular number, ovarian volume and in hemodynamic parameters was analyzed retrospectively. Results Endometrial thickness in POF group was 0.32±0.19 cm and the healthy control group were （0.59±0.12） cm, the difference between the two groups was statistically significanty （P〈0.05）. Follicular number, left and right ovarian volume, systolic peak velocity（PSV）, and resistance index（RI） were 0.84±0.75、（2.02±1.68） cm3, （2.69±2.66） cm3, （8.73±2.44） cm/s and 0.68±0.17 in POF group, and in the normal control group were 6.16±2.02, （6.17±3.09） cm3, （5.92±2.83） cm3, （15.71± 3.68） cm/s, and 0.53±0.06 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is helpful to diagnose idiopathic POF, and it is a valuable information.
