摘 要:提出了计算模具型腔压强随排气时间变化的数学模型,探讨了影响型腔压强的工艺因素。结果表明,随着排气面积的增大,排气槽的排气能力逐渐提高;随着泄漏面积的增大,其最终的平衡压强会增大;随着型腔体积的增加,型腔压强下降的速度变慢;随着负压罐体积的增大及压强的减小,抽真空效率提高。A mathematical model was proposed to calculate the mold cavity pressure, and the factors influencing the cavity pressure were analyzed. It is pointed out that with the increase of the vent area, the exhaust ability is gradually improved, and with the increase of leakage area, the final balance pressure is increased. With the increase of volume of cavity, the pressure of cavity is declined slowly, and the decrement speed of the cavity pressure is slowed. With the increase of tank volume and decrease of pres- sure, vacuum-drawing efficiency is improved.
