摘  要:运用ProCAST软件对大型复杂汽车变速箱壳体压铸模具进行了温度场和应力场的分析。在对压铸过程和模具热平衡模拟分析的基础上,采取优化模具冷却流道的措施,提高了模具型腔温度场分布的均匀性。使用热像仪对压铸过程中模具温度场进行了测量,发现模拟结果与试验测量结果的误差小于9%。The temperature field and stress field of die-casting die for automotive transmission housing were analyzed by the ProCAST software. In order to improve the uniformity of temperature field distri- bution in die cavity, cooling water passages of die were optimized based on the analysis of die-casting process and heat balance process. The temperature field on the cavity surface of automotive transmission housing was recorded by infrared temperature imager. The results show that the temperature field in the optimized die and the automotive transmission housing have a more uniform temperature distribution, and the error rate between experiment and the FEM results is less than 9 %.
