摘 要:研究了用热型连铸法制备Be含量为0.4%的柱状晶组织CuAlBe形状记忆合金管及其晶状组织,将合金管切割成段,经固溶处理后扩径即成管接头。当连铸速度为80mm/min、冷却距离为10mm、压头为20mm、铸型温度为1 030℃时,记忆合金管连铸过程最平稳,管的表面质量及尺寸控制最好。管接头的最大扩径率可达10.20%,此时管接头的形状回复率仍可达到92.86%。名义扩径率为7.55%时,扩径后As、Af温度升高,Ms、Mf温度降低,合金的相变温度滞后范围从扩径前的40℃增加到了70℃。Columnar crystal CuA1Be shape memory alloy tube by 0.4 % Be was produced by heated mold continuous casting process, then the tube was cut into segments, after solution treatment and diameter expansion, the pipe joint was completed. With continuous casting speed at 80 mm/min, cooling distance at 10 mm, pressure head at 20 mm and the mould temperature at 1 050 ℃, the continuous casting mem- ory alloy tube exhibits very stable with desirable surface quality and size precision. The maximal expanding ratio of the coupler can reach 10.20%, and the shape recovery rate can reach 92.86%. When nominal expanding ratio is 7.55%, the As and As temperature are increased, and Msand Mf temperature are decreased after diameter expansion. In addition, transformation hysteresis temperature range of the alloy is increased from 40 ℃ before diameter expansion to 70 ℃.
