生肌白玉膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面EGF和VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价生肌白玉膏对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面肉芽组织中表皮生长因子(EGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:80只深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠随机分为生肌白玉膏组、美宝湿润烧伤组,生理盐水组和空白组,在第3、7、14、21天用免疫组化方法测定创面肉芽组织中EGF、VEGF阳性细胞变化。结果:实验组大鼠创面肉芽组织中EGF和VEGF阳性表达明显高于其他组(P<0.01)。结论:生肌白玉膏可能通过影响EGF和VEGF促进创面愈合。Objective： To evaluate the effects of Shengjibaiyu ointment on the expression of epidermal growth factor （EGF） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in granulation tissue of deep II degree scald wounds in rats. Methods： Eighty rats were divided into Shengjibaiyu ointment group, MEBO group, sa-line group and blank group. EGF and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical method at day 3, 7, 14, 21. Results： The expression of EGF and VEGF in experimental group was higher than those in other groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shengjibaiyu ointment may promote the scald wound healing by influencing EGF and VEGF.
