摘 要:国家对失业人员再就业培训是相当重视的,但是,初步调查发现证明,现阶段培训内容、方式还有待完善。从再就业技能培训看,单纯技能培训并不能实现社会失业人员的充分再就业。失业群体,包括大量的城镇低保群体,只有拥有积极再就业的信念、愿望、职业理想等心理和伦理素质,才有可能从根本上推进社会的再就业整体质量和水平。笔者通过对我国再就业辅导现状的客观分析,以及国际上比较成功的再就业心理辅导经验,提出了我国的再就业心理辅导的制度设计,以及就业心理辅导制度的实施策略。Our country attaches great importance to unemployed re-employment training.However,a preliminary investigation found that at the present stage training contents,way remains to be perfect.From the re-employment skills training,the simple skills training cannot achieve full re-employment.Unemployed community,including a large number of urban low-income groups,only to have a positive re-employment beliefs,desires and ethical quality,professional ideal and soon psychology,has it been possible to fundamentally promote re-employment overall quality and level of the society.Based on the current situation of re-employment psychological training objective analysis,as well as the more successful international reemployment psychological training experience,this article puts forward that our country again reemployment psychological guidance system is designed,and the employment psychological guidance system of the implementation of the strategy.
