摘　　要：人民代表大会制度是中国人民权益的根本保障。作为第十二届全国人大代表和全国人民代表大会成立60周年庆祝大会的亲历者,作者从人民代表大会制度是中国人民百年探索的珍贵收获和必然选择、人民代表大会制度从根本上保障了中国人民的各项权益、人民代表大会制度是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的根本制度保障三方面阐述了人民代表大会制度的优越性和重要性。The people＇s congress system is the fundamental guarantee for the rights of the Chinese people. As a representative of the 12th session ofthe National People＇s Congress （NPC）andaeyewitnessof the celebration conference marking the 60th anniversary of the National People＇s Congress, the author think the people＇ s congress system is Chinese people＇ s exploration in one hundred precious harvest and inevitably choice, the people＇s congress system is fundamentally safeguard the rights and interests of the Chinese people, the people＇ s congress system is the fundamental institutional guarantee to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. From this three aspects, this paper expounds the superiority and importance of the people＇ s congress system.
