抗战前华北农业合作事业委员会业务活动述略

摘　　要：华北农业合作事业委员会为20世纪30年代中期冀察两省主要官方合作指导机构。自1934年至1937年抗战开始之前,该会在农赈救济基础上,开展合作指导及农贷工作,具体包括指导互助合作组织、举办合作教育、协助植棉、发放农业贷款等,为华北地区合作事业发展,恢复农村经济起到重要推动作用。但由于其过于追求速度,忽视工作规范性,导致贷款质量低下,各项工作难以持续发展。此亦为当前农业合作事业发展必须要汲取的沉痛教训。The North China agricultural cooperative commission is the official organization of Hebei and Chahar in 1930 s.From 1934 to 1937,the commission is engaged in agricultural cooperative works by holding training,cotton planting and loans.This has greatly helped with the agricultural development in the North China.However,the blind pursuit of haste leads to less speed of effective growth.So the great lesson has to be learned by the current agricultural cooperative organizations.
