青海在祖国统一和国家安全大局中的地缘影响、角色定位及今后作用

摘　　要：青海地处我国西北部内陆腹地、青藏高原东北部,在祖国统一、国家安全大局中具有十分重要的地缘影响,在历史、现实中扮演了独特角色:一是历代中央政府和各势力集团极力开拓、争夺、经略之地;二是地缘交通和国防安全战略地位显重,连接西藏、新疆与祖国内地的核心纽带区;三是藏传佛教的重要传播区,也是宗教改革的策源地,许多青海高僧曾到蒙古地区传教;四是青海在维护民族团结和祖国统一方面有过特殊的经历和积淀;五是青海是"特殊制度"的重要实践区,对西藏的治理有重要的指导意义。基于此,今后党和国家应进一步发挥青海的政治作用,使之在民族复兴大业中应有无愧于历史和地缘的更大作为。Qinghai is located in northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, inner northwest part of our country, so its geographic location plays an important role in the reunification and security situation of our motherland, and also plays an peculiar role in history and in reality. For the first reason is that it has been the place for central governments of past dynasties and powerful groups to exploit and fiercely fight for ; Secondly, it is the Core link for connecting Tibet and Xinjiang with inner land which shows its traffic and national defensive importance; Thirdly; it is the fountainhead of Tibetan Buddhism and religious reform, lots of eminent monks of Qinghai have been to Mongolian for missionary work, Fourthly ; Qinghai has specific experience and accumulation from maintaining national and motherland unity ,the last reason is that it is the practical region for ＂particular system＂which makes significant guiding meaning for governing Tibet. Therefore, the Party and central government should bring Qinghai＇s political function into play, and makes its profound geographic and historical effect in national revival hood possible.
