万物互联背景下我国公共图书馆新业态发展思考

摘　　要：随着外部信息环境进入万物互联时代,智能感知与全面互联,大数据传播与分享,快速的技术跟踪与应用将成为公共图书馆发展的新特点。万物互联催生了公共图书馆的新业态,公共图书馆需提升理念,转变模式,创新服务,才能实现新业态的构建。构建公共图书馆新业态需做好以下工作:构建数字图书馆一体化网络,建设标准化图书馆业务系统,丰富公共图书馆服务内容,创新公共图书馆服务形式,营造公共图书馆发展良好氛围。Along with the external information environment entering the era of Internet of Everything （IoE） , intelligent perception and comprehensive Internet, big data communication and sharing, technology tracking and application will become the new features of development of public libraries, loE gives birth to the emergence of new format of public libraries. In order to realize the construction of new formats, public libraries need to improve concept, change patterns and innovate services. The following jobs should be done well for constructing public libraries＇ new format： constructing integrated network of digital library, establishing standardized library operation system, enriching public libraries＇ service contents, innovating public libraries＇ service manners, and creating good atmosphere for the development of public libraries. 2 figs. 1 tab. 2t rely.
