摘　　要：沿边地区要以建成我国对外开放新高地、区域经济新增长点和"丝绸之路经济带"重要枢纽站为战略目标,以加强能源领域合作开放,扩大服务业领域开放和培育对外贸易新型竞争力为战略重点,通过推进"丝绸之路经济带"建设,承接国际和东部沿海地区产业转移,加快跨境经济合作区建设和壮大口岸经济等途径,进一步提升自身的对外开放水平。The article explores macro strategies and implementation path on how to further expand opening-up in border areas of China. The strategic goal and orientation of it is to change border areas into a high land of opening-up, a new point of growth of regional economy, and an important hub station of the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ . The strategic focus of it is to strengthen energy cooperation, to expand open-up of service industry and to foster new foreign trade competitiveness. The specific implementation path of this strategy is to advance the construction of the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂, to undertake industrial transfer of the world and the eastern coastal areas, to accelerate the construction of cross -border economic cooperation zone and to expand port economy.
