摘 要:频频发生的食品安全事件使食品行业面临严重危机,而克服危机的根本路径在于加快转变发展方式,依靠科技进步和全要素生产率提高驱动产业发展。以植物油产业为例的全要素生产率测算结果显示,整个样本期间中国植物油产业的全要素生产率呈增长态势,年均增长1.9%,而增长动力主要来自技术效率特别是规模效率变化。中国植物油产业全要素生产率增长总体上不存在σ收敛;在全国层面存在绝对β收敛,但四大区域均不存在绝对β收敛;条件β收敛不仅在全国层面存在,在东部、西部、中部三大区域也存在。因此,应针对植物油产业全要素生产率变化的基本特征,积极探索相关优化对策。The frequent food safety events make food industry facing a series of serious crisis,and the fundamental path of overcoming the crisis is to transform the pattern of development quickly,so as to drive industry development relying on scientific and technological progress and improvement of total factor productivity( TFP). With plant oil industry as the example calculating TFP,the results show,the TFP of China industrial plant oil has shown a rising trend in the whole sample period,the average annual growth is 1. 9%,while the growth impetus mainly came from the technical efficiency especially scale efficiency change. TFP change of plant oil industry in China does not exist σ convergence in general; there is absolute β convergence in whole country,but which does not exist in four large areas; the conditional β convergence exists not only in whole country,but also in the eastern,western,and central region. Therefore,we should based on the essential characteristics of plant oil industry's total factor productivity changes explore the countermeasures actively.
