农村居民养老方式的选择及影响因素的实证研究——以湖南省慈利县农村地区为例

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化高峰的到来,老年人口的养老问题日益成为人们关注的焦点,而我国农村老年人口占全国老年人口的大多数,所以农村养老方式的选择及影响因素研究备受国内外专家学者的关注。在综合前人研究成果的基础上,对湖南省慈利县农村地区养老状况、养老方式的选择及影响因素进行实证研究,得出被调查地区农民主要选择何种养老方式及该选择的影响因素,进而提出完善农村养老方式、建立多层次的养老保障体系的政策建议。Along with the population aging peak arrival, old people＇s pension issues have increasingly become the focus of people＇s attention , but the rural elderly population in our country is the majority of the old people, so the choices of rural residents pension way and influences factors become the attention in exports and scholars at home and abroad . Based on the comprehensive former research achievements, this paper does an empirical study on pension condition of rural areas of Cili county in Hunan province, the choice of pension way and influences factors, drawing sampling area＇s farmers might choose whose pension way and what kind of impact factors. And then it puts forward the improvement suggestions of rural pension mode, and establishing multiple level pension system.
