党群关系良性互动机制问题探究

摘　　要：党群关系良性互动是一个复杂的系统工程,必须从制度和机制的层面上进行深入研究。党群关系良性互动机制主要包括组织机制和工作机制。良好的组织机制是党与群众密切联系的根本保障。密切党群关系的组织机制包括提升党组织及党员联系群众的能力、完善党的领导体制机制和健全密切联系群众的党内民主机制。群众工作运行机制是密切党群关系的重要保障。党群关系良性互动的工作机制主要包括政治参与机制、民情民意表达机制和社会矛盾疏导机制。党群关系良性互动机制的建设,有助于党和人民群众之间形成直接、经常、便捷的联系,构筑起良性互动的党群关系模式。The benign interaction between the party and the masses is a complex systems engineering,which must be studied from the level of system and mechanism.The mechanism of benign interaction between the party masses relationship include the organizational system and working mechanism.Good organizational mechanism is the fundamental guarantee for the party and the masses to connect closely.Close ties between the party organization and the masses mechanism comprises lifting party organization and party ties with the masses,improving the leadership system and mechanism of the party＇s ability and perfecting within the party democratic mechanism in close contact with the masses.The operating mechanism of the mass work is the important guarantee to maintain close ties with the masses.The working mechanism of benign interaction relations between the party and the masses includes the mechanism of political participation,public opinion expression mechanism and social contradictions leading mechanism.The construction of benign interaction mechanism of party masses relationship helps to form direct,often and easy connection between the party and the masses and build up the benign interaction model between the party and the masses relationship.
