摘　　要：利用SWOT分析法,分析体育行业职业技能鉴定背景下地方院校体育专业人才培养的竞争优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,进而对体育行业职业技能鉴定与地方院校体育人才培养的内部资源和外部优势进行全面、系统、准确的研究,从而制定相应的体育人才发展计划和对策.The paper use SWOT to analyze the sports colleges and universities’ sports industry. It focuses on the professional talent training competition’s advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges against the background of professional skill appraisal system for an integrative, systematic and accurate research of the external and internal merits of the local sports colleges as well as its professional appraisal. Hence it purposes sports talents cultivation project and strategies accordingly.
