摘　　要：本文梳理了关于委托代理理论及其模型的起源与发展的相关学术文献,对委托代理理论及其模型在我国行政管理领域的应用成果进行了概述,评介了委托代理理论在我国行政管理领域包括上下级政府、公共权力治理、社区管理、公共服务以及反腐败等方面的应用,以期给从事行政管理研究的学者及实践者提供了解委托代理理论在行政管理领域应用的较为便捷的途径。This paper firstly reviews relevant literatures on the origin and development of principal agent theory and its models. Then it summarizes its applications in Chinese public management including applications in governments at all levels, public power governance, community management, public service and anti-corruption etc. so as to provide more practical references to relevant scholars and practitioners in public management.
