摘　　要：日本学者岩佐茂从环境破坏与经济活动之间的必然联系入手探讨旨在环境保护的伦理问题。他确立了"控制"而非"支配"自然的伦理定位,提出了"环保优先"的环境伦理前提。通过对资本主义制度的批判,坚持在全球化视野中确立环境正义,继而提出环境伦理的根本出路是生态社会主义。这种环保优先型环境伦理观对我们深刻理解经济发展与环境保护之间的内在和谐,协调人与自然之间的关系,真正实现社会主义生态文明具有直接的启迪意义。Japanese scholar Shigeru Iwasa focused on the inevitable connection between environmental damage and economic activity to discuss the ethical issues of environmental protection. He established the ethical orientation of controlling rather than dominating nature, and proposed the environmental ethics premise of＂ Environmental protec- tion priority＂. Through criticizing the capitalist system, Shigeru Iwasa insisted establishing environmental justice in the context of globalization,and put forward that the fundamental way of environmental ethics is ecological social- ism. This kind of environmental ethics about＂ Environmental protection priority＂ has a direct enlightening contribu- tion to a deep understanding of the inner harmony between economic development and environmental protection, use ful to balancing the relation between human and nature, and realizing the socialist ecological civilization.
