摘　　要：亚太和全球长期来缺乏统一的多边投资规则体系,各种各样的投资法规呈碎片化发展趋势,导致投资波动不稳,增加投资成本。本文研究了当前亚太和全球区域投资协定的现状与特点,分析了亚太区域主要国家之间投资规则的冲突,并就中国如何参与亚太区域多边投资规则的制订提出几点看法。Failures to establish a Multilateral Investment Agreements（MIAs）,Global investment flows have been regulated by a fragmented system resulting in fluctuation and higher cost of the investment flows.This paper studies the present situation and characteristics of current Asia-Pacific and global investment agreements.Paying more attention to the conflicts of various investment rules between major countries in the Asia-Pacific region,we put forward some views on China＇s role at participation in Asia-Pacific regional multilateral investment rule-making.
