大学生参与校园民主管理现状与机制研究

摘　　要：大学生参与校园民主管理是现代大学制度的应有之意。近些年,国内高校都在积极探索学生参与民主管理的形式和途径,但在实践中仍存在学生参与积极性不高、参与能力不强、参与层次较低、参与途径单一、参与机制不健全等问题。健全的现代大学制度应为学生参与校园民主管理提供保障,要完善相关法律法规,完善学生参与管理的运行机制,从而促进高校管理的民主化和科学化,加快高校民主建设进程。Students＂ participation in the university democratic management is a characteristic of the modern university system. In recent years, domestic universities are actively exploring ways and forms of students＇ participation in the university democratic management. However, there are still some problems with students＂ participation activities. In practice, we could find out the existence of low enthusiasm, poor ability, the low level of participation and simple ways of participation. The participation mechanism is still away from perfection. Therefore, establishing operating mechanism for students＇ participation is crucial. The modern university system should provide guarantee for students＇ participation in the campus democratic management. First, we should change the idea of education to provide ideological guarantee for students＇ participation. Second, we should complete the relevant laws and regulations to provide institutional guarantee for students＇ participation. Last, we should improve the operating mechanism of students＂ participation in management to provide organizational guarantee. It will promote democratic and scientific management, and speed up the process of democratic construction in universities.
