摘　　要：目的调研上海市各级医院检验科现况。方法分层随机选取上海市20家社区医院,10家二级医院和10家三级医院的检验科,对检验科的基本情况、人员构成及继续教育等情况进行详细的调研。结果各级医院检验科人员构成在技术、职称类型和学历方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),各级医院检验科继续教育部分问题中,是否到大医院进修、是否参加上级医院会诊和是否有高级人员讲课三个问题差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),社区医院与二、三级医院在质控水平及细胞形态识别上差异有统计学意义。结论增加继续教育的机会与方式,是提高目前各级医院检验科人员技术水平的有效方式。Objective To survey the status of clinical laboratories in different hospitals in Shanghai. Methods With the stratified sampling, clinical laboratories from 20 community hospitals, 10 secondary hospitals and 10 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were selected randomly and on-site questionnaire survey was conducted. The survey included the basic situation, personnel structure and the continuing education of clinical laboratories in sampled hospitals. Results There were significant differences in technical rifle, types of work and education of laboratory personnel among hospitals of different levels. There were significant differences in questions related to continuing education among hospitals of different levels, including in-service training in higher level hospital, invitation for consultation from higher hospitals and lecturing of senior clinical laboratory staff. And there was a significant difference in quality control and tests of cell morphology between community hospitals and non-community hospitals. Conclusion To improve the professional level of clinical laboratory it is necessary to enhance continuing education for hospital laboratory personnel.
