摘　　要：股票投资与实业投资具有相同的商业本质。购买股票本质上是购买公司的资产,成为企业的资产所有者和生意合伙人,从而分享企业经营的盈利成果。公司的盈利是股票投资的收益根源,而公司经营的恶化是股票投资的核心风险所在。要取得良好的投资业绩,投资者应摒弃投机,树立正确的投资理念,以生意的视角来思考股票投资,主要精力应放在研究和跟踪企业的经营情况上。要充分发挥股票市场的投资功能和资源优化配置功能,监管部门应加强投资者教育,同时通过深化改革营造良好的投资环境。Stock investment and industrial investment share the same commercial nature. Buying stocks in essence is to buy the assets of a company and become an asset owner and business partner of a company and thus to share its profits of business operation. Company profit is the root of stock investment gains, and the deterioration of company operation is the core risk of stock investment. To achieve good investment performance, investors should step away from the speculation and establish correct investment philosophy, and they should think about stock investment from the perspective of business and focus on studying and tracking the operations of the company. To give full play of investment function and optimal resource allocation of the stock market, regulatory authorities should enhance the education cam-paign for investors and create a favorable investment environment through deepening reform.
