我国边境民族自治地方劳动力及其就业状况分析——基于“六普”人口数据

摘　　要：利用2010年全国"六普"人口数据,分析我国107个边境民族自治地方的人口平均年龄,劳动力数量、比例和结构,就业人口的数量、比例和就业结构,未工作人口的数量、比例和结构,以及失业人口等情况,发现我国边境民族自治地方人口平均年龄低于全国平均水平;劳动年龄人口占比略低于全国平均水平;就业人口占劳动年龄人口比、就业率高于全国平均水平;就业人口以第一产业为主,第二、第三产业就业人口比例均低于全国平均水平;不同省区又存在一定差异。Based on the data of the 6th national census of population of 2010,an analysis was made of the average age,the number,ratio and structure of labor force,employed population,non-working population and unemployed population of 107 ethnic autonomous counties in border areas. The results show that 1） the average age of the population of these counties is lower than the national average level; 2） the ratio of workingage population is lower than the national average level; 3） the ratio of employed population in working-age population and employment rate are higher than the national average level; 4） employed population is mainly in primary industry and the ratio of employed population in secondary and tertiary industries is lower than the national average level; and 5） there exist differences in different provinces and districts.
