摘　　要：乡土葬礼的仪式习俗为人们的行为提供了一套行动的细则,发挥着乡村秩序的整合与纠纷的化解功能,但也限制了人们的思维,而国家法规推行的新式殡葬却不能提供具有相似功能的行动细则。目前我国社会主流思想价值观对于乡土丧葬文化主体性意识还缺乏认识。The ritual practice of agrestic funeral provides a set of rules for people＇ s behavior and limits peoples＇ thinking while the new forms of funeral promoted by the State＇ s regulations fail to provide behavior rules with similar functions. In addition,the agrestic funeral has the functions of resolving disputes and integrating orders in the countryside. At present,there is a lack of understanding of the cultural subjectivity of agrestic funeral in the mainstream values of China.
