多层螺旋CT在残株胆囊结石中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨多层螺旋CT诊断残株胆囊结石的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院自2010年8月-2014年2月临床收治的17例残株胆囊结石患者的临床资料及影像学资料。结果17例患者均行CT检查，确诊16例，诊断准确率达94．1％，全部患者经再次手术治疗后痊愈，效果满意。结论多层螺旋CT可清晰地显示胆囊残端及结石，具有较高准确率，是诊断残株胆囊结石最好的术前筛选方法。Objective To evaluate the balue of CT in diagnosis of stubble gallstones .Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from August 2010 to February 2014 were performed in 17 patients with stubble gallstones .Results 17 pa-tients underwent CT examination ,which were cleorly diagnosed in 16 cases ,the diagnostic accuracy was 94 .1% .All pa-tients recovered after reoperation and results were satisfactory .Conclusion CT can clearly show the stump and gallbladder stones ,with high accuracy ,It is the best screening method for preoperative diagnosis of stubble gallstone .
