中医辨证论治配合红蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮90例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察辨证论治配合红蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选患者随机分成两组,治疗组90例辨证论治配合红蓝光治疗,对照组60例仅用红蓝光治疗。疗程均为8周。结果治疗4周时,治疗组有效率为88.89%,对照组为65.00%;治疗8周时分别为94.44%和76.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论辨证论治配合红蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮疗效好、安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of syndrome differentiation treatment combined with blue-red lED phototherapy in treating acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 90 patients in the treatment group were treated with syndrome differentiation treatment combined with blue-red lED phototherapy while the other 60 patients in the control group were treated with blue-red LED phototherapy alone for 8 weeks. Results Following four weeks of treatment, the total effective rates in treatment and control group were 88.89% and 65.00% ,respectively. After the 8-week treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （94.44% in treatment group vs. 76.67% in control group ,P 〈 0.05 ）. No severe adverse effects were observed in either groups. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation treatment combined with blue-red LED phototherapy is effective and safe for aene vulgaris.
