润燥止痒胶囊联合冷冻治疗神经性皮炎70例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合液氮冷冻治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将140例神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(润燥止痒胶囊口服联合液氮冷冻)和对照组(润燥止痒胶囊口服联合哈西奈德溶液外用),治疗随访8周,观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率(88.57%)优于对照组(70.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合液氮冷冻治疗神经性皮炎疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with cryotherapy （ liquid nitrogen） for neurodermatitis. Methods One hundred and forty cases of neurodermatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with local cryotherapy while the patients in the control group were treated with oral Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with topical halcinonide solution. The patients were treated and followed up for 8 weeks. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion In comparison with no cryotherapy, Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with cryotherapy is more effective for neurodermatitis.
